Survey Evaluators

 

Survey evaluators are special groups. They will have the right to login to Surveylet with a username and password and evaluate specific surveys. They do not have rights to administer surveys or change your account settings. They can simply run evaluations on your the data you collected to your surveys.

 

To designate someone as as Survey Evaluator, you will need to add this person to both the Administrators group, and one of the Survey Evaluators groups.  If you want yours evaluators to be able to identify your panelists, you add them to the "Guest Analysts - Full Access" group. If you want to prevent them from being able to identify your panelists in your surveys, then add them to the "Guest Analysts - Limited Access" group. Members of the "Guest Analysts - Limited Access" group will not be able to identify panelists even if you as an admin can (the survey's Privacy Level is set to Medium or Low).
